This air nozzle is ideal for pinpoint blowing with powerful vortex flow.

Air discharged from a typical blow nozzle mixes and diffuses with surrounding air as the distance to the workpiece increases. However, with a vortex spot nozzle, it is possible to concentrate the discharged air into a diameter of approximately 110mm at a distance of 300mm from the workpiece by giving the air a strong swirling motion. Therefore, the amplified vortex that incorporates surrounding air is ideal for removing dust, foreign objects, and water droplets from grooves.
